At the end of february the Wild Forest was occupied for a short time to protect it until the end of the cutting season. This has been successfull and a partial clearing could be prevented. But some people were nevertheless evicted from the forest, and a lot of building and action equipment was destroyed. Some people were accused of various crimes, and they might face legal consequences and resulting costs because of that. Those people were there to stop the prematrue cutting of trees before the court could decide over the issue. The cutting has been prohobited by the court – but the people on site prevented the cutting!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our protest is only successfull if we work together. Help us cover our cost for the likely to follow judicial quarreling and legal consequences and for the new equipment we will have to obtain. Every little contribution is helpful, so we can be well prepared to defend the Wild Forest in the next autum against any further clearing attempts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
